Dr. Abimbola Okunade
MD, CCFP, LMCC, M.B.CH.B, MRCGP, DRCOG
Known affectionately as Dr. Abi, Dr. Abimbola Okunade is a compassionate family physician with a special focus on women’s health. After completing her residency in the UK, she moved to Calgary in 2024 to continue her patient-centered care journey.
She has a Diploma in Women’s Health from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (UK) and specializes in contraceptive management, prenatal and postnatal care, and IUD procedures.
Dr. Abi is celebrated for her empathetic and holistic approach, building strong, trusting relationships with patients and supporting women through all life stages. Outside medicine, she cherishes time with her family and is actively involved in her local church community.
